Facebook Marketing company who supports customers in the following areas:
Marketing and Advertising in local community Facebook Pages.
This is a long term permanent job with growth potential and sales bonuses. You will be working directly with potential customers. I am looking for an individual to answer incoming phone calls which can be possibly new customers that have questions regarding our advertising products or customers asking questions about there current orders. Sending and responding to emails and cold calls to local business to inform them about our services.
Also managing 10 Facebook pages with daily posts and updates including pictures, videos, text content etc. A basic knowledge of Facebook pages is a must.
Working Days Range: Mon to Fri
Working Hours Range: 9am - 5pm Canada Mountain Time
IMPORTANT: You must always be available online and ready "Working Days & Hours Range". This is because customer will contact you any time via Telephone, Email when they have a question requires your immediate attention.
Our budget is $200 per Month + Sales bonus for lead generated $5.00 per closed lead.
1)You must have telephone sales experience
2)You must be excellent in English, friendly, polite and patient with absolutely great customer service.
3) You must have passion in encouraging customers to make an order (good marketing skills is an advantage).
4) Customer support experience is necessary
5) You must attend to all inquiries in a timely manner.
