The Opportunity: Medicare Insurance Sales Agency
We are a senior insurance product agency located in Cincinnati, OH that focuses on the Medicare market, especially those who are turning 65 and aging into Medicare. We do monthly mailings to prospects in certain areas and receive reply cards back from those looking for more information. We need followup done on these reply cards and have appointments set for our agents. This is not cold-calling, but rather warm-calling to prospects who have responded to our marketing campgaings. Initally, would be a small project. But if successful, could grow into much larger campaign over the next 3-6 months.
Call out to prospects daily who have responded to mailers
Set appointments for agents
Midwest English speaking a must
English writing a must
Leads are provided via Excel on an ongoing basis
Ability to use Google Calendar and input appointments a must
Ability to learn and understand greater Cincinnati and surrounding area to make effecient use of drive time a must
Commissions based on sales made at $50 - $70 per sale. Anticipate 25% - 50% closing ratio on number of appointments set. If you get 100 reponders to call every month, 40-50 appointments would hopefully be set. From that, a range of anywhere between 10-25 sales per month. Quality of the appointment is just as important as quantity.
