Looking for a large call center ($2 an hour or $4 per sale)

Hello, I am looking for a call center which can provide me minimum of 300 seats to start off with and upgrade to 400 seats within two weeks. What I am looking for: - A call center to have 400 total seats - 385 seats for outbound calling - 15 seats for inbound calling - Each agent must have access to a computer and email account - Each call must be recorded - The center must have faxing services available - Each inbound agent (15) must have toll free numbers assigned to them to receive calls to - Working hours are 5 am PST to 6 pm PST (US) - By 2 pm PST you need to send the agents home if they are averaging less then 2 sales an hour for the day - Work Monday to Friday full time and part time of Saturdays (only a few agents working on Sat) - Supervisors to supervise the agents What I will pay: - Either $2 per agent per hour or $4 per sale whichever is higher at the end of the week - Your hourly will be fixed rate rate and you will be paid the hourly no matter what - You will be paid every two weeks via bank transfer What is the product: - Selling advertising space on phone book - There are different packages available and not a hard sell - There will be chances to upsell as well to different products - Product training will be provided Your agents will be logged into our billing software while they are working so they can be billed for the hours. They will also be using our order process software as well to process the orders online. I am looking for someone who can start within three weeks (11th of October is the start date).
