We are a USA-based lead generation business working with contracted call centers and our own team of 30 Virtual CS Agents in the Philippines.
We wish to hire an experienced call center manager to grow our virtual team of agents.
The person we are looking for:
* Must be dependable and reliable - with references attesting to this
* Must have extensive call center management experience
* Must have experience with the VICIdial system
* Must be available to work USA business hours
* Must speak fluent English
* Must have a home-office set-up with computer and high-speed broadband Internet
* Must understand the dynamics of lead generation
We are looking for an individual that will work directly with company owners. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure position that will require focus, concentration, and imagination.
We are not looking for someone that will not just go through the motions to get the job done. We want an individual that will think like an owner, make sound business decisions and offer their opinion with out hesitation. This person should be goal oriented and ready to take action. He or she should be ready to wear many hats, jump in anywhere that needs help or assistance and not be afraid to get on the phone to test a script or an idea.
This person will be compensated on a monthly basis with a year-end bonus based on production.
