On behalf of a client, we need a Sales Manager to create, educate and manage a team of at least 5 sellers for an international company that offers a social media service.
For the sellers you manage it will be a telemarketing position, where they call businesses and sell the service. They need to do their own prospecting/leads list.
About you:
* Have been in a manager position before
* You have a leader mentality
* Comfortable with creating, educating and managing a team of sellers
* Comfortable working on commission
* Driven and commited
Your job:
* Find sellers, train them and manage/coach them
* Report to us
What we can offer:
* $100/sale to you and $100/sale to your sellers
* $50/month reoccuring commission to you for every customer that keeps subscribing to the service
