We are a niche provider in a booming industry. We are looking for experienced customer service people that speak English and are not afraid to call our clients' customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland. Native German is desired but very good verbal skills in German are accepted. We also expect that your equipment entails a computer with broadband internet and a USB headset. We will provide a VOIP account and all customer data.
The experience of your colleagues is an appreciative and friendly reception of their short calls. You are not supposed to sell anything, just ensure that the customer is content with everything around his order, and offer assistance when you hear about problems. A short documentation of each call is required. Regular work hours are Mo through Fr between 16.30 and 20.00 Central European Time. There may be extra shifts in the morning but only for those whose schedule allows it.
We will need people that are reliable and willing to work long-term with us. As a matter of fact, we will recruit team managers from existing personnel. This entails extended hours and rates.
