We are looking for a call center that can handle high volume of inbound calls from voicebroadcasting and fax broadcasting and gather a small amount of info from the caller.
We are looking for a company that has experience with the high amount of "compliance calls"(take me off the list, f*** you, get a real job, etc). We do not care if you hang up on these people and actually encourage it as it will take up a lot of time. Just note the number and hang up. We are 100% compliant so we don't call or fax anyone on the DNC. This can be grueling buts its quite simple.
We would like a setup that allows to pay per call but we have found that typical anwsering services charge like 60cents per minute. we need a much more affordable situation than that. but Scalability is key, we need to be able to stop and start this within a week. So please post different scenairos and lets see if we can work something out.
