Attached below is the link for our website [login to view URL] What we want from a telemarketer is Reach out to the leads that we have and use the script that we will provide in order to see if the person is a right fit or not. MUST HAVE A BRITISH ACCENT Make the person comfortable while on the call (We want the process to be a comfortable experience for the person receiving the call, at times the calling companies follow the script in a robotic manner and this is not what we want, we want a personalized experience for the person receiving the call) Even though these are not cold calls or sales calls, it is extremely important to conduct these phone calls professionally because you will be the first impression of our company. You must be able to understand that every phone call is going to be different and each person will have different needs and concerns. Once the team qualifies the person that he is the right fit for us, we want the team then to connect us to the individual wherein someone from our team will take it forward. *Please leave us a 20-60 second introductory recording of yourself and talk about your experience in telecalling* We will start from a smaller amount of workload and will steadily increase the number of hours.
