OPEN POSITION: Customer Service Agent wanted (hourly job)
We're opening a Position for a Customer Service agent who speaks SPANISH and has a good knowledge on how to deal with customers.
You will receive mails and reply customer incoming calls.
You will be paid the minutes you talk with customers by phone, as well as the minutes you dedicate to reply the mails.
You can work in a Flexible Schedule, and, this job is totally compatible with other jobs. We will send you a VoIP Softphone to install, and, you can take the calls, every time you talk to a customer, the time spent will be automatically logged into your account.
We will also provide Training and Scripts to deal with the customers effectively.
