1) Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for our services. There will be three attempts to contact the lead. You will have to change the lead status to either First Attempt, Second Attempt, or Third Attempt to keep track of how many times the lead has been contacted. Record all your call activities under the corresponding lead record. If no response is received after the third attempt, change the lead status to "Dead".
2) Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe our service offerings, in order to persuade potential customers to book an hour of cost-free consultation with our experts, which can potentially turn into deals
3) Obtain company information such as name, title/position, contact information, and update any old contact details on our Salesforce database.
4) Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers to attend sales presentations.
5) Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
