We're wanting to conduct a very brief phone-based net promoter score (NPS) survey of our 20 employees. This involves the asking of 3 questions, and in turn compiling all of their responses verbatim and sending to us in a compiled form.
Each phone call would take 3-5-minutes maximum, and will need to be completed during New Zealand worktime hours (9am-5pm), Monday to Friday.
