Hey, I read the outline of your project and checked out the images. I have specialized in creating Environment assets for games. I have created many assets similar to what you have shown in the images and I believe I can do what you ask of. I generally work using Maya and do all my textures in Photoshop, CrazyBump and ZBrush. If you need just the 3D models without the textures as show in the images then the project might even take lesser time.
