We have an AutoCAD 2014 3D Model of an existing house that has already been built. The model is not very detailed, only the massing of the house has been modeled. The model is the exterior of a simple 2-storey house. The interior is not important or required. For this project, we require someone that is able to; 1) Add doors & windows to the model - locations and sizes will be shown on a plan that will be provided. 2) Add hip & valley roof to the model - outline of existing roof is shown on floor plan that will be provided. 3) Provide balustrades to all balconies - type & size do not matter. 4) Add garage door to garage - type & size do not matter. 5) Hatch the walls, roof & some other objects to show a rough indication of the materials. Does not have to be too detailed. Floor plans and photos of the existing house will be provided. It is important to note that accuracy is NOT crucial for this project. All doors, windows and other additions should only be approximate. The model is split into the two stories (ground floor and first floor) DWG file is attached. Photos are attached. Floor plan & Elevations will be sent to you once the project has been awarded. - This is a relatively simple project and I emphasize that it does not require accuracy or detail.
