I need a gif image to be created for my website. If you visit my website at [login to view URL] I would like the image of the London skyline to be animated. Ideally I would like the big wheel to rotate. This image should also work on tablets such a iPad. I would also like the darker black section to change to blue in a wipe across the screen. The blue will be the colour blue as my logo. I can provide you with a full size JPEG of the image shortly. I need this fast.
