We are looking for a 3D artist who can help us by designing a 3D mockup and animation video about a loading patio where cars and trucks will interact with some loading people, for presenting it as part of our project of multiple Unloading and Curbside-pickup method.
This patio is compounded by three parts: Entrance, Trucks area and Exit.
The Truck Area has three parts: Welcome Gate, Loading Area and Unloading area.
The patio entrance will be formed by one entrance gate and 3 checkpoints in behind towards the Trucks area.
In the truck area will be eight 18-wheel trucks parked in parallel separated by at least 10-15 meters each one. In front of each one's rear part will be a Loading Area where cars will be loaded by 4 people in Y-queue configuration. Cars queued will be served by two teams in parallel, surrounding the truck. Once they got served, cars will drive forward going to the Exit area. On the Y-junction there will be a Welcome Gate, where one promoter (optionally) will serve and there will also be a hostess who will guide what direction to take (left or right) to 2 cars at once.
It is very important to show this driving flow.
In the entrance opposite side, at the exit, there will be 5 (five) Exit Lanes where cars should stop and get controlled before going out of the patio.
The 3D elements to be designed and performanced are:
Checkpoint (static, 3 at entrance and 5 at exit).
Cars with driver (many in movement)
Truck. (static, 8 units)
Box. (to be loaded to the cars by people)
The experience will be describe as follows:
The car (drived by a shopper) approaches the Entrance area queuing into any of the 3 CheckPoint lanes.
The vehicle licence plate of the car is pre-registered in the system and an operator reads it throughout a mobile application and indicates him to drive up to the Truck area #4.
Once queued in the Truck area lane waits until the Welcome Gate hostess indicates him to drive to the left or right side of the trucks reaching the Loading Area. 2 cars at once.
One or two operators load one or more boxes of goods to his trunk.
Once loaded, he drives towards the Exit area passing through the side of the truck queueing up in any of the 5 Exit area lanes.
An operator cross-check his made purchase and loaded stuff as control until an OK signal is given.
The car leaves the patio through the Exit gate.
Besides each truck there are 2 operators in the Loading Area on each side of the truck. One more operator is Unloading the goods from the truck leaving the stuff right in the rear part of the truck, ready to be picked up by any of the 4 loading operators.
In the Welcome Gate could be a promoter (optional).
