Seeking Interior Designers, Students or Expert Design Enthusiast (NYC)

This is a small Interior Design firm. We are seeking skilled aesthetic interior design artists to work as independent consultants for our clients. Each designer must be able to transform living spaces with inexpensive materials and incorporate furnishings already acquired by our clients. We are seeking independent consultants who can: 1) Work with our clients to consult, discuss color palates for design, attend shopping trips to assist with purchase decisions. Each designer will be responsible for creating their own design book with itemized finishing that can be used in discussions with clients. Once every few weeks we might create meetings among designers to share ideas items. 2) Must be whiling to assemble small pieces of finishing or assist with assembly. 3) Because you will have complete control of your aesthetic designs you must have a entrepreneurial spirit and confidence with clients. 4) Must be able to travel to different residential properties in NYC 5) Flexible Scheduling. You create your own calendar and work week. Pay is based on the volume of clients that we will provide to you, but typically ranges from $100-500 per client visit. All interested candidates must be 18 or older. Interested candidates should forward their resume and portfolio via attachment in email. ***Portfolio's may include spaces that you have designed, a school home design project, Or a space in your home or a friends home with a detailed description of how you would redesign or reorganize that space. Be sure to include photos and price itemization of finishings that you would use to redesign the space, describe where you would place each item and provide a suggested budget for the complete remodel of the space.
