Create a 3D model of an amusement ride in Blender

We're searching for a 3D model of an existing (transportable) amusement ride. The final model will be rendered in an isometric view to fit into a game. Though, rendering is not part of this job.
Conditions of satisfaction:
- low to medium poly model of the ride
- use the attached pictures and size definitions for reference
- textures can be used from the pictures or created by your own (requirement is that the real attraction will be recognized)
- only the constructed state is required
- no animation needed, it would be beneficial if the model supports animations to be done later (flexible parts for rotating etc.)
- lights are required to illuminate the attraction in different colors
- final version needs to be a fully blender compatible file that allows further editing on the model
- the model should be realistic, but kept simple. Details are nice, perfection is not required!
Depending on the outcome and interest of both parties, we might choose you again for very similar projects in the future.
