Dear Sir, I am a Mechanical Engineer with over 8 years experience in machine design. I can design the machine to use hydraulic actuator to punch the hole. One type of tool that can be used to punch the tyre is a sharp edged cylindrical pipe with syringe needle like end. The pipe will act against the tyre wall that will be supported on the opposite face by a cylindrical core that will slide inside the needle type punching tool (with help of hydraulic thrust), thus shearing the tyre hole. I can also provide a mechanism for removal of the scrap tyre material left after punching inside the needle pipe. I can make provisions for foldable arms of the mechanism in order to fit around the inner and out walls of the tyre. I did not understand the table bit, it would be nice if you could rephrase or provide a rough hand sketch. We can discuss further over chat.
