3d home designer

Need Someone who can create a 3d design with accurate measurement with floor plan.
It is 2 BHK flat .
Expectation :-
Expectation is to get full 3d Render for entire home
Please expect 2-3 design change because after 3d render if I don't like then I will have to change the design.
Once design is finalized please be ready to change colors.
Your 3D renders must be created in such way so that I should be able to get idea how much space is left out after placing objects (like between kitchen slaps, after placing sofa, or dining table). 3D view should have clear view from all sides not just wall facing.
Design change will be mostly in bedrooms and kitchen, All other designs are already finalized. I already have 3D pictures you will have to remodel it and render it.
At the end please provide source files for 3D model and renders.
