Jugaard Micro Gasifier Stove - Definition of Jugaad listed in the link below.

I am seeking a mechanical engineer who is willing to design a very small wood gasifier stove, the unit would be similar in operation to the type of gasifiers listed below, however not by any means a copy of these units. The design you would have drawn/built would be unique, safe to use and one of a kind.

It would be small enough to fit in a space around 12" x 12" x 12" - however, I am flexible with this. The gas produced has to power a small 125cc moped type engine, through the gasification of wood. The scrubbing (tar/creosote prevention units) will be made entirely from steel, which I will seek to build myself added, the whole unit needs to be very robust and not made from flimsy material, ideally, all the pipework would be metal.
The important consideration is that all the materials/components used for the unit would be off the shelf, and not made from exotic high price metals, expensive gauges that would be more suited to a large industrial unit, however, the design needs to be safe to use. Of course, all the unit has to be fabricated and built, which I will do personally here in the UK. As an indication the control valves/gauges/gas flow monitoring would be typically sourced from websites such as [login to view URL],[login to view URL] hence your design would be indicative of this.
The above is a very brief synopsis and would require a voice call to discuss the options. I am seeking a 'Jugaard type of design', that's capable but cheap to build, using easy to maintain repurposed everyday parts.
The whole design is to be drawn in CAD, with any specific cutting files of pipes, components, and bespoke assemblies. Where possible use basic off the shelf parts/subassemblies, such as nuts, bolts, rods, cables etc.
A full written instructional brief/book with clear legible drawings/images of the construction/working of the gasifier, in order for it to be replicated.
A little about myself: I am not a 'business corporation' that is, I am a one man self-employed individual, I don't have an office building, engineers or secretaries working for me. I drive a taxi cab here in the UK to earn a living, however, I have a previous technical background (ex College lecturer - Information technology).
I am willing to pay a fixed price, as long as its the right low price - Hence the term 'Jugaard'. If you are a newly qualified engineer you are welcome to get in touch or even an expert that has a passion for designing something unique. I am very flexible with regards to time limits. I am not seeking any lengthy pre-project management or lengthy design meetings. A simple clear understanding to design the unit, in return for a simple clear financial business transaction.
