We are trying to make a proof of concept VR experience for the real estate sector. Looking to make a long term on-demand relationship with a freelancer who is available for projects as they happen (i.e. not regular) The first task is to generate a 3D model of a house based on the following reference data: 1. Noisy 3D model of the space based on point-cloud data 2. Floor Plan (image attached) 3. Reference images and videos The noisy 3D model can be used as the foundation for the final model. The following rooms and 3D models to be created: 1. Bathroom shower 2. Bathroom taps 3. WC 4. Bathroom Cupboard 5. Bathroom shelves 6. Bathroom tub 7. Queen sized bed frame + mattress 8. Standard bedside table 9. Bookshelf 10. Study room table 11. Study room desk and shelves 12. Study room sofa-bed 13. Living room TV + table 14. Living room sofa 15. Living room coffee table 16. Long table 17. Kitchen island bench 18. Kitchen shelves 19. Kitchen drawers 20. Kitchen sink area - sink, tap, under-tap cupboard 21. Kitchen gas stove and oven assembly 22. Dishwasher assembly 23. Fridge 24. Dining table + overhead light 25. Outdoor plants - 6 types of pots Reference images/videos will be provided after job start. Most models will have wooden/bamboo textures, and the floors will have two textures, all bathrooms single texture and walls no texture. Currently only scoping time and budget for 1 sample house. Please also quote for models with basic interactivity (i.e. opening and closing a drawer) if possible.
