I am looking to develop a tool which will help an individual identify their strengths and weaknesses in the area of human flourshing. I have a number of 5-7 key areas to assess and need the assistance of a qualified Psychologist to help frame the questions to ensure this approach has some scientific rigour. Experience in designing questions to measure staff engagement will be view favourably. You will need to demonstrate your skills through examples of previous work.
