We are looking for a low quote around the $250 mark (we're a small company) for someone to do customer support work (from home) for our sites.
You will need to
1.) Answer emails via a ticketing system or on sites.
2.) Translate English-French-English and English-German-English
3.) Call customers by skype
4.) Do some admin/marketing work like: email drafting/document filling
5.) You will be required to write emails to customers to make them leave/fix feedback
6.) Updates will be required as you go through tickets/emails etc.
ONLY native French speaking with additional very good level in German / English.
Please bid for an average of 2 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 1 month, ongoing.
It will more likely look like this (because of how there are emails from the weekend / monday)

Hours of calling where necessary should be between 11am to 5pm CET.
Our ticket system allows us to track the hours you work, so please ensure you can work the hours you say.
Please bid only if you can commit for a long term and if you will also be able to increase the number of hours as the need for customer support will probably increase.
FRENCH SPEAKING IS ESSENTIAL.
Do not bid if you cannot converse in french on the phone/via email.
We will consider bids up to the $350 - 400 mark as long as you fulfil all the criteria. You MUST be fluent in French and speak french.
