I will not accept any bids from people who are NOT living in Argentina, as it is a rock solid requirement that people are residents in the concerned country. EVERY BIDDER who will be from OUTSIDE the mentioned countries will be reported as a spammer, without further notice, as I don't have time to waste on people who cannot read, or do not respect my project description.
As communication is essential for this project, and the remuneration is very generous, we only want to have people who are 100% dedicated and motivated for this project. We will select only ONE provider, and that will be only the BEST.
Ok, then now about the project:
A major Scandinavian dating site is looking to expand its activities world wide. This will be achieved in phases. We are now ready to start phase one. To achieve this we are looking for people who want to take on the task of country managers.
As we are not looking for a bargain, but want to have absolutely enthusiastic an super motivated people, everybody will get paid the same amount, namely US$ 2,500.00 per person.
For this amount, it can be understood that our requirements are also pretty strict, but we are convinced that this will only be a challenge to the people who are really willing to do this.
For the first phase we are looking for, among others, a country manager for Argentina.
What do we offer:
The successful candidate will be invited to come to Thailand for a period of approximately 11 days in the month May 2008, to carry out the translation of the site during a workshop that will entirely be facilitated by us. In close cooperation with our programmers and other support staff, we will make sure the site is completely up and running and working properly before the participants return to their home countries. We will cover the costs for the complete trip, and pay a real generous compensation on top of that, for everybody who completes the project successfully. The following costs are covered:

NOT covered are:

[url removed, login to view] the site is developed my men, and the owner wants to give a more “feminine touch” to the site we prefer female candidates between 25 and 36 years of age. Only in case we would not be able to find a suitable candidate within this requirement, we can deviate from it.
[url removed, login to view] candidates shall actually be a resident of Argentina. This is a rock solid requirement, and we will not consider any candidate that does not fulfil this requirement (see remark in the header of this project description).

[url removed, login to view] candidates shall be fluent in both written and oral communication in the English language.
[url removed, login to view] candidates shall have excellent communication skills, and be true team players. As we all will be part of a world wide network, we should be able to act and behave ourselves accordingly.
[url removed, login to view] candidates shall be knowledgeable about the online dating market in Argentina. We will require you to write a short introduction regarding this subject, which will include your (well founded) opinion about the local situation.
[url removed, login to view] candidates shall have to perform market research BEFORE the workshop in Thailand. We will provide detailed forms about the information we want, and we need to have accurate and up-to-date information about the competitors' websites.
[url removed, login to view] candidates should have the quality to make an excellent translation from the site from English into Argentinian. We will provide tests and have other translators check this for quality.
[url removed, login to view] candidates shall be willing to run the site after the initial set-up as “country managers”, to make sure that the we can offer the needed customer support to the members of the sites. The compensation for this will be discussed at a later date, and is not covered by this project, but should be clear before the start of the workshop.
