Appointment Setter based in Austria | Native German-speaking

The role is mainly focused on warm lead telemarketing and customer communication for our international educational franchise network, Next Engineers. At this stage we need someone that can work 2/3 during the morning hours and 1/2 hours at afternoons for follow ups. The main tasks would include: • Contacting people who already showed interest • Following up with leads • Explaining the basic idea of the business and educational programs • Coordinating meetings with potential partners/franchisees • Updating lead status and helping with simple coordination/admin tasks • Participating in video calls and translating from the local language to English and vice versa. In the zoom is one of our consultants and the lead. • In the future (optional) - conduct the zoom calls with the leads directly The leads are already generated by our marketing team, so this is not cold calling in the traditional sense. The work is remote and flexible, and we are mainly looking for someone reliable, communicative, and comfortable speaking with people.
