I need a native Japanese speaker to transcribe my YouTube videos.
a .srt is a text file that is used to upload to YouTube to create subtitles.
I will send you the .srt file and then you can edit it using any text editor on your computer.
You will need to watch the YouTube video and then transcribe the Japanese you hear into an .srt file.
If a .srt file sounds complicated you will be happy to know that it is very easy, just as easy as editing a Word document and is the exact same process.
Note you will need to make sure the time stamps match what is being said.
Lastly you would need to translate the title and the description of the YouTube video into Japanese.
***I do all of the Japanese to English translating myself and it takes me 1 hour to translate or transcribe a video that is 10 minutes or less so that's about the amount of time I'm expecting it will take you to transcribe the video***
If everything goes well with the first job then I will be having you transcribe one .srt file per week.
I'm looking forward to working with you!
