I want a 1161 word document translated from English to Bosnian or Serbian or Croatian.
You would have 48 hours from when I awarded the project to you to complete the project. For example, if I were to award the project you at 3 p.m. on Friday then you would be required required to submit it to me by 3 p.m. on Sunday.
To give you an idea of the type of English used in the document which you would be required to translate I have included three snippets which I copied and pasted from the document immediately below:
Beginning of the snippets of text which you would be required to translate
...I have created a detailed functional specification which I want you to help me transform into a circuit design. This is *not* a PCB layout project. I am not looking for a technician…
...I would not pester you. I would very rarely interrupt you in real-time. Normally I would let you work in peace but I would require that you provide me with very detailed email communication and very detailed documentation….
…If we were to work together then initially I would probably authorize you to work for only one hour at a time. If our relationship were to continue then I would probably authorize you to work two to four hours at a time….
End of the snippets of text which you would be required to translate
As you can see it is not very difficult English although I do use the subjunctive mood. Of course, if I were to award this project to you I would convey to you the file that I need translated.
My target audience consists of university-educated male engineers between the ages of 20 and 40 years old living in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Montenegro.
From what I understand, despite some very minor differences between the three dialects, all three dialects are essentially the same language regardless of what some nationalist politicians apparently typically claim.
I have no connection to the Balkans. Therefore I'm not trying to take sides. I don't even know who is on which side over there. To me Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Montenegro are small countries on the politically and militarily active fault lines (as in *earthquake* fault lines) between Christendom and Islam with many bright, well-educated engineers willing to work for low prices due to limited local employment opportunities.
Therefore, all three dialects are likely to be easily understood by members of my target audience. Therefore you are free to pick whichever of the three dialects you prefer.
As for the alphabet I do not think it matters whether you choose Latin or Cyrillic because I assume all of the people in my target audience will likely be able to easily read both alphabets. Therefore you would be free to choose either the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet.
I am sorry but please do *not* recommend a family member, friend, or colleague to me for this job because he is probably not qualified. This is actually a very difficult job.
If he finds one of my advertisements online, say by performing a Google search for example, then he is welcome to apply that way.

I have the time, energy and knowledge for this kind of job. Bosnian is my mother language. Hope you will see it the same way and award the project to me. Sincerely, Amila
I believe that I am a suitable candidate for the job since I am a certified translator, my native language is Serbian and I hold a Master's degree in English language and linguistics.
I am a native Croatian and English speaker. Quick, efficient and punctual. I think it would be a great collaboration! (Croatian is also very similar to Bosnian and Serbian)
