I need this translated: Why I started EPT in 2010 was to support people who had not exercised before, who were scared of a typical "gym" & yet they knew it was time to do SOMETHING. They wanted do it sooner than later. We get many referrals from our clients to their friends, family, colleagues because we are not the "typical gyn" set up and we don't attract the traditional gym-goers. Our clients are normal people who know they need to move more and live a healthier but are stopped by something physically(knee/back problems or chronic fatigue, long COVID even Cancer) or mentally(fear of embarrassment, feeling vulnerable, don't want to be told what to do) or even financial(Too expensive, have trouble committing themselves/others, fear of failing again) or lifestyle(no time, too far, too hard to commit for long term). The good news is that all of these you can control within the program and we can provide solutions for you to execute to make it work for you or your friend. the main point is YOU need to START SOONER than later.
