Looking for a Front-End Developer to improve existing Bootstrap based design

Our platform allows our members to make paid videos for customers and it is built on Laravel, Bootstrap and VueJs.
We have a basic design in which we have placed the Bootstrap components that we wish to display.
We require an experienced front-end developer to add styling and improve the design to make it look visually appealing. Our design is mobile-focused but needs to be responsive for desktop/tablet viewing.
Templates to be designed:
- Header with separate public/private navigation
- Footer
- Login module
- Register module
Pages to be designed:
- Home Page : After the Header, we have full-width banner/jumbotron that can have a video/image background. The banner content includes a tagline and dynamic search dropdown. We then display our member profiles based on different criteria such as trending or category/tag.
- Member Profile: This page displays information about the member along with their profile photo. Its call-to-action is a modal booking form. We then have a collection of featured videos from the member and a collection of members related to the member.
- Browse Members: This page displays a collection of member profiles with search, sort, filter and tag capabilities.
We would like to establish an ongoing relationship for frontend / backend design based on the performance and quality of the work done for this project.
