Job Brief
We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing VA to join our Marketing team. To excel in this role, you must be organized, professional, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a team player and possess an in-depth knowledge of Social Media Marketing. Your main responsibilities will include the following:
Role Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media marketing strategies
Assist in creating and managing social media campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Email, Threads & Twitter)
Monitor and analyze marketing data and report key findings to the team
Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
Assist in the creation and optimization of content for advertisements and promotional materials
Help manage email marketing campaigns and analyze results
Generate creative and compelling written and visual content, including posts, graphics, videos, and infographics.
Ensure content aligns with our brand voice, style guidelines, and marketing objectives.
Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in managing social media scheduling tools, content calendars, and campaign calendars.
Collaborate with the marketing team on various tasks and projects as needed.
Provide general administrative support, such as managing calendars, scheduling
meetings, and organizing documents
Find and partner with content creators, influencers, podcasters, and advertisers to promote brand awareness
Analyze website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
Maintain our social media presence across all channels
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns internally and externally (with advertisers & brand ambassadors) and assess against goals
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
Continuous learning via reading books, watching videos, listening to audios/podcasts, attending trainings, etc
Ad hoc and special projects
Preferred Skills:
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant or similar role
Solid knowledge of Social Media Marketing principles and practices
Proficient in using social media platforms and marketing analytics tools
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics tools, and graphic design software is a plus
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing is a bonus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Self-motivated and ability to work independently
Ability to work effectively in a remote/virtual setting
