Performance optimization for React Front End + Google Analytics set up for Page load times

Job Description:
We have an existing analytics website that has 10-20 different pages that are all analytics driven.
We have a ReactJs + TypeScript front end that was built using Create React App (no WebPack etc, no redux).
We use a GCP FastAPI backend with BigQuery and Firebase as data bases.
Front End talks to the BigQuery based backend for analytics data, does some complex operations on the frontend itself (like filters) and shows the data on the screen.
We are having issues with extremely slow load times (15-20 seconds) on several pages, constant hanging etc.
We need help with the following
1. Identify bottlenecks, understand context of the metrics,
a. come up with suggestions to change the backend API contract if it is a backend
b. improve the performance on the front end if it is a purely front end issue (unnecessary blocking call, reduce extra imports, some other issue)
2. Set up our base google analytics dashboard so that we can see page load times along with break down of different components and identify why a particular user's session was slow.
3. Set up our base Sentry logging so that we can filter by a user session and identify what is going wrong through the logs.
4. come up with Architectural improvements to improve our load times in general.
