If you know about project development plan and gantt chart, this is a project for you!
I have full development plan for my project to be completed in duration of 12 weeks. Due to some changes, I have to change my duration to 10 weeks.
I have all of the files you need (mpp probably for gantt chart).
This is what I did in the last 2 weeks, so you should take it out from my gantt chart:
completed system design, including
ERD
DFD
Use Case
Activity Diagram
Mockup
The completed list of functions and features
Main thing is that gantt chart to be updated accordingly, since I have many activites, so from 12 weeks you have to fit it to 10 weeks.
Please understand that this is very small project since its just updating the gantt chart,
