Adding an option of a pop-up window to Crossword Mobile Game App

I have a completed bug-free mobile crossword puzzle App. It was created with Unity. I would like to add an option of a pop-up window, that when only a completed word is taped I will be able to manually insert the text of the meaning of that word similar to a dictionary, but these words do not exist in any traditional dictionary. Possibly depending on the cost, an option within the window, a button to hear a voice-over that I can add the pronunciation of that particular word.
