Connect Bluetooth Low Energy device to Unity

I have a Unity Bluetooth LE plugin that needs to be adapted to a specific device BLE service. Device is sending data string over BLE serial port at 20Hz frequency. Need to translate the hexadecimal value into an int variable to use further in the game development.
