I've been developing a 3D Platformer for the past year and a half, and at this point our team has grown to 7 people. The game is similar to Banjo-Kazooie in world design and Super Mario Sunshine in terms of moveset. Experience in playing at least one of these is required. The world has 10 open-world levels planned, all with extremely out-of-the-box themes and satisfying progression. 10 large collectibles, and 100 smaller in each world is the way each world is set up, and everything is designed around them. Before starting on the project, I devoted 7 months of time to research game design in 3D platformers, completing over a dozen and picking them apart to find the best and worst. We're in need of a programmer with experience in Unity3D. Payment would be split continuously through development.
