UI/UX Designer from EU/EEA Area for leading Enterprise Client

Location: Resources located in EU/EEA area Duration: 6 to 12 months Onboarding is expected ASAP Responsibilities: • Work within an agile product team collaborating with a product manager/owner, designers, and other developers to build and maintain user centric software applications and services for infield International SA agronomists and sales persons to demonstrate capabilities of product offering through a data first approach. • Be a key team player in product life cycle working to continuous improve, enhance, and scale an offering active in several markets with a diverse user base. • Closely work with agronomy subject matter experts and user experience professionals to rapidly iterate solutions key to growth of business and knowledge base. • Be actively involved in scaling an MVP into a full release product targeting a global audience and diverse use cases. • Take ownership of technical areas to become go-to person for expertise and consultation. Skill Requirements: • 5+ years as a UX/ designer working in the enterprise setting creating and reiterating responsive websites and mobile apps. • Exceptional skills in ideation, sketching, wireframing, user flows, mapping and information architecture. • Expert in designing user centred design experiences for multiple devices and platforms, understanding responsive layouts and how to optimize design for flexible layout treatments. • Demonstrated experiences launching products on JavaScript frameworks, designing responsive cross channel services and applications, and delivering UX works within agile production • Clear and current understanding of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & developing platforms • Consistently demonstrate an enhanced understanding of digital graphic design, typography, and interface design. • Data sleuth – great skill combing through analytics and behavioural insights to generate new experiments and opportunities to improve our products and differentiate the user experience • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate/influence at all levels without having direct authority.
