vBulletin 4.0.+ Designer and Coder

Greetings, I'm looking for vbulletin coder who can write mods from scratch. Current project needed are listed below for now. We have plans for further work after the two have completed. 1) Credit System ( Virtual Credit System ) This mod acts as a currency for the website. Users can gain virtual credits from doing activities like posting, register, etc. Users can also purchase more virtual credits by PayPal and once transaction is complete it will top-up their virtual credit. 2) Shopping Cart ( Digital and Virtual Shopping Cart ) Through out the years in vBulletin there is no working Shopping Cart which stable and concrete company who keeps the mods updated. The demand is so huge out there in the market these days. So this is my second project which i have listed which i need. In addition to completion of this project i will grant the coder profit sharing to each sold product. Skill Requirements : PHP, AJAX, MySQL. Familiar with IonCube.
