Video Editing for YouTube Channel (typically 30-40 minutes, interview style)

Job Description:
I run a YouTube Channel and have created a series called "Fix Your Business" where I interview business owners, and coach them live.
The interviews are typically carried out on Zoom and I often use the screen share to whiteboard ideas with them.
This means it's effectively a "multi-cam" shoot, with the following scenes:
1. Me and my guests next to one another.
2. Either me or my guest filling the whole screen.
3. The screenshare.
I typically cut in a simple animation which is to remind people to subscribe, and then have simple cuts/transitions between the scenes throughout the interview.
I'm not terribly good at editing, but was quite proud of the latest episode which can be seen here:

Ideally I'd love for these videos to be even more engaging, I just don't know how to achieve that. For example if I mention a book, cut to a screenshot of the book cover, or if I mention an expert like Gary Vee cut to an outtake from Gary Vee. Hopefully that makes sense. Otherwise it's mostly just me talking!
I record these weekly so if the Freelancer does a good job, I'd like to set up a workflow so they can produce future episodes as well.
