Kick Start a YouTube Channel

Job Description:
Hello!
I am looking for someone to help kick start my YouTube channel. My channel will focus on house building, building projects, and farm projects so I need a freelancer who has knowledge and experience in these areas. I already have some videos which I want to include, but I also need new material in order to produce new content on a weekly basis.
I'm looking for someone who can help me develop my ideas, film and edit video, and support the late-stage production process for my channel. You must be exceptionally creative and be able to think outside the box to make engaging content. You also need to be able to organize and schedule content, take initiative and suggest improvements, and be self-driven.
As I would like to have some control and do some work myself the work should be in Adobe Premiere. Videos are currently mostly DJI 3Pro but also Samsung Galaxy S23.
