Looking for video editor for Everyday work

Looking for video editor for long term work. Regularly I produce around 3 to 5 video content. That’s why I require an expert video editor.
1. Though I record video and audio in two separate devices that's why you have to sink the video and audio in right position.
2. For every video I require a cover image(thumbnail)
3. My maximum video content duration around 3.5 minutes.
4. I require an editor on daily basis and for long term because almost every day I produce almost 5 videos.
5. Inside the video where transition is required in those section have to edit every perfectly (if required animation will be added)
6. I require every videos in different aspect ratios. Like for youtube post, youtube stories, Facebook post, facebook stories, Instagram IGTV and reels. Though In each platform video ratios are different that’s why you have to edit all the videos in different aspect ratios.
7. Though I require video editor for almost everyday that’s why I will prefer to pay you according to per video.
