Project Title: Create Professional Shopify App Store Demo Video — Avatar Intro + Website/App Walkthrough Project Description: We are looking for an experienced SaaS/product video creator to produce a professional demo video for our Shopify App Store listing. The product is DisputeDesk, a Shopify app that helps merchants manage chargebacks and build structured dispute evidence. We already have a rough screen recording / YouTube demo, but we want the final result to feel much more professional, clear, and suitable for a Shopify App Store product listing. The video should NOT simply be a raw screen recording. We want a polished product introduction video with an avatar presenter, voiceover, website walkthrough, app walkthrough, zooms, callouts, and clean transitions. Video structure we want: 1. Avatar opening / introduction * The video should begin with a professional male business avatar speaking directly to the viewer. * The avatar should introduce the problem and the product in a clear, trustworthy, B2B SaaS style. * This section should feel like a polished product intro, not a generic AI avatar clip. * The tone should be calm, professional, and credible — suitable for Shopify merchants and ecommerce business owners. 2. Transition into website presentation * After the avatar introduction, the video should smoothly transition into the DisputeDesk website / homepage. * The website section should explain what the app does and why merchants would use it. * Use clean text overlays, subtle motion, and highlights where needed. 3. Product / app walkthrough * The video should then move into the app demo itself. * Use the existing screen recording as reference or base material. * Add professional zooms, pans, callouts, highlights, and transitions. * Make it clear what the merchant is seeing and why each section matters. * The walkthrough should feel guided by the voiceover, not like someone randomly clicking around. 4. Voiceover and pacing * The video should include a clear voiceover throughout the website/app walkthrough. * The pacing should be smooth and easy to follow. * Remove awkward pauses, unnecessary sections, or anything that feels amateur. * The final result should feel suitable for a Shopify App Store listing, YouTube, and potential customers/investors. 5. Visual style * Clean, modern SaaS product demo style. * Professional and trustworthy. * Not too flashy, but polished. * Clear text overlays. * Smooth transitions. * Good use of zooms and UI highlights. * No distracting effects. * Similar quality to professional B2B software demo videos. Technical requirements: * Final video size: 1600 × 900 pixels. * Aspect ratio: 16:9. * Final export: MP4. * The video must not crop important parts of the website or app UI. * Text must be readable. * Audio must be clean and balanced. * Please provide the editable project file if possible. What we need from you: * Review the current rough demo. * Propose how you would structure the improved video. * Create or integrate the avatar opening section. * Edit the website and app walkthrough into a professional product demo. * Add voiceover, zooms, callouts, transitions, and text overlays. * Deliver the final video in 1600 × 900 MP4 format. * Include 1–2 revision rounds. Examples where you used avatar presenters, AI avatars, or presenter-style intros. 3. Examples of screen recording edits with zooms, callouts, UI highlights, and voiceover. 4. Which tools you use, for example Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Descript, HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar. 5. Your suggested structure for this video. 6. Estimated delivery time. 7. Whether the editable project file is included. 8. Confirmation that you can export exactly in 1600 × 900 without cropping important UI elements. Important: Please do not apply if you only do basic video trimming. We need someone who understands SaaS product demos, Shopify/ecommerce software, screen recording editing, avatar intros, and professional app listing videos.
