Video and audio editing for a podcast and YouTube channel

We currently produce a industry specific podcast and YouTube show for a small audience. We are looking for somebody that can do some editing work based upon our raw footage and create a 22 minute episode and then create three snippets of some of the key topics in that episode. We are looking to do this approximately every 10 days. We would like to find someone that we can rely on to do this for the next few months.
