Job Description:
We are a fast-growing property investment company and developer looking for an enthusiastic and talented Actor Presenter to be the face of our company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality explainer videos that showcase our company's services and brand. Initially, this will be on a freelance basis, with the potential for more work in the future, including on-location shoots and promotional videos promotional expo shows
Responsibilities:
Create engaging and informative explainer videos that effectively communicate our company's services and brand to potential customers
Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for video content
Present and narrate videos in a professional and engaging manner, with a strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills
Work with a team to plan, schedule and execute on-location shoots and promotional videos
Attend meetings with the marketing and creative teams to provide input on video content and brand messaging
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve our video content
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Actor Presenter or similar role, with a strong demo reel showcasing your presenting and acting abilities
Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver scripted and unscripted lines in a clear and engaging manner
Familiarity with video editing software and ability to provide input on post-production edits
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of the property investment and development industry is a plus, but not required
