Animation video to explain a product

I am looking for somebody to make an explanatory video of a new website... . My budget is $250 for the video, but if someone can do it for less, it is a plus. I have already a script and explanation of what the video should be displaying at each moment that I will provide by pm. I think video would be about 2 mins (you can confirm this when you read script). Budget does not include voice over which i will provide or we can assign extra budget for it.
