Clean up audio and video sync issues

I recorded a roughly 1 hour video with my mom about her life and her memories, and she just passed away two days ago… The issue with the recording is at the audio doesn’t sync up the entire time with the video and I would like to try to clean that up… And there is an echo that I would like to minimize/remove
