Word Press Theme - Coded, some java script implementation

We have a psd design that needs to be converted into a word-press template. It will essentially be a landing page with some javascript roller functionality and a featured area similar to organic themes product scroller ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) however we want to use a roller similar to [login to view URL] but have it auto rotate at a set interval. I also want to be able to create links on the roller that take you to a different wordpress page.
The rest of the site needs to be just for displaying content, so similar theme to the first page but with out the fancy areas and sections.
Time frame is key here, we need this by tonight if possible, tomorrow morning is ok. If I see progress I can make it Friday evening at the very latest, we are launching this site on Sunday and I need time fill in the actual content.
I've attached a jpeg of the current layout (two white boxes represent our logo, might be changing) and will provide psd's to winner and a further jpg to contestants for the second page. Potential for future work and an early completion bonus if we are happy and all deadlines are met.
