Android and iOS app for control of Ricoh Camera (Theta S)

We have a project requiring an app to be produced, for android and iOS. The app is to control the Ricoh Theta S camera, which Ricoh provides an SDK for both iOS and Android plus full developer support. Both apps will be the same. Ricoh have already produced these apps and its available on Google Play and the App Store.
Our app will have all the same features as the Ricoh App, plus we will make the following changes / additions:-
• Login to your account linked to our web server (Dot NET) <NO REGISTRATION VIA THE APP>
• Add ability to create an album and name it (with an address)
• Ability to add images to the album
• Ability to add a description to the image
• Check a few different options on / off that will get sent to our server via json
• Upload to our web server via wifi or cellular.
• We will provide the FULL UI, from splash screen to all buttons and designs.
We have partially already completed the Android App. Our source code will be provided for this app, its current status is that it can log into our system, control the camera enough to take photos. Code has been written for additional features required, however not implemented, nor is the full UI implemented.

There is currently an app by Ricoh that controls the camera. This app will need to do everything that app does, except publish the images to social media, it will only upload the images to our server.
We are using a dot net environment for the web service running on the Microsoft Azure platform.
We require this job to be completed within 21 days maximum.
If you make a bid and your bid is accepted, that is the price for the job. Any freelancers that ask ‘what is your budget’ after placing a bid will be automatically disregarded.
We do not pay advance payments, please do not ask.
This job will be paid in three milestones. On completion of working Android App, On completion of working iOS app on final completion including any modifications and supply of source code.
You must be a programmer, not a contractor using other third parties
You will need to provide me referral information for people you have done apps for that I can talk to.
I will consider an hourly rate to do this project.
