Requirements
1. Upgrade Magento from 1.4.1.1 to 2.0
-We will provision vanilla staging server, you will instruct us what LAMP stack, versions etc.
-Uninstall no longer required extensions that we nominate
-Uninstall extensions made redundant by newer features in Mage 2.0 , you will be responsible for making this call after analysis of installed features vs Mage 2.0 out of the box
-Review our custom theme (may have legacy hang-ups), vs an out of the box theme with a view to migrating our branding to a modernized template purchased from Themeforest
-Provide design/styling based input and implement
-Work through all issues post conversion and complete full UAT
2. Upgrade WP to latest version (same criteria as above)
3. Migrate Upgraded Magento &WP to production
-Accounting for db changes ie orders, customers
-Account for environment updates to mirror staging server LAMP versions, patches (we would provision)
Out time is a limit limited, so looking to partner with developer that is big on detail on quality delivery before handover.
