We are looking for someone that can find and modify or code a plugin for us.
We would like to add a "coloring page" type of function on our website.

Functionality needs to work exactly like demo. We really like that it works like the Photoshop "paint bucket" by filling the area with the selected color.
#1 We have many PNG files that we will use with the coloring system. Our users should be able to pick the design they would like to color then color it.
#2 We have a set color pallet that we would like to use. We can provide these details in any format you prefer. HEX, RGB, Pantone, whatever. We have a lot of experience working with color details.
#3 When the user save the image, it saves as a .PNG file.
Should be pretty simple to build I am told. After this is developed we will turn it into WordPress Plugin. Budget is around $30USD.
