Erstellen eines Softwares

I need a wordpress plugin which gives the users the possibility to book several rooms based on individual rules for every room.

The visitor should see a kind of timesheet like in the plugin 'Timesheet' by BestWebSoft ([url removed, login to view]) and be able to do a booking by clicking on the desired time in the row of the desired room.

If the visitor is not logged in, he/she only sees, if a timeframe is booked or free.

The following rules should be defined under an extra settings page for every room:

- until when (before the beginning) a room can be booked by the users

- maximum amount of time for one booking

- minimum amount of time for one booking

- maximum amount of time in future, a booking can be made

- what information about the room should be visible on the timesheet (user, music instrument, ...)

- how many users are needed for this specific date / time, to complete the booking

After confirmation of the booking, the user should receive a confirmation mail, with a link, to directly cancel the booking again.

The Wordpress users should get three additional properties:

- role in booking system (user, editor, admin), which should not be associated to WP user roles

- which music instrument(s) belong(s) to the user (listed in an extra db table)

- user category based on an extra db table (e.g. member, paying guest (with expiration date), ...)

For me it is very important, that the rights on the source code belong to me. It should be well commented, to give me, as a not very skilled and practiced PHP programmer, preferably easy possibilities to change and extend the plugin code.

The plugin should be easily translateable into other user languages.
